Common questions, answered
How do I get affordable dental implants or orthopedic surgery abroad?
Follow six steps: share your case for a free review, get matched to a vetted Grade 3A hospital and specialist, receive a written itemised quote with no markup on hospital fees, arrange your visa and travel, travel with a bilingual coordinator, and recover with coordinated remote follow-up. At China's Grade 3A hospitals, dental implants start at $800, hip replacement at $8,000, and knee replacement at $7,500 — typically 50–70% below Western prices.
How much can I save on dental and orthopedic treatment abroad?
Most international patients save 50–70% versus prices at home, even after flights and accommodation. A single dental implant costs $800–$1,500 in China versus $3,000–$5,000 in the US; hip replacement $8,000–$15,000 versus $30,000–$50,000; and knee replacement $7,500–$14,000 versus $35,000–$50,000.
Is it safe to get dental or orthopedic surgery abroad in China?
At the top tier, yes. SinoRX works only with Grade 3A hospitals — China's highest classification, held by approximately 1,500 of the country's 36,000+ registered hospitals — which use the same implant brands found in Western clinics and report outcomes comparable to leading international institutions for elective procedures.

Questions You Should Ask
Before you commit to medical care abroad, here are the questions every patient should ask — and our honest answers.
01 · Who is actually treating me at a Chinese hospital?
You are treated by board-licensed Chinese physicians at Grade 3A hospitals — the highest tier in China’s national hospital classification. SinoRX coordinates your care but does not employ the treating doctors; we confirm the exact hospital and specialist with you in writing before any plan is finalised.
02 · Who actually gets my money?
Hospital fees are paid directly to the hospital at its listed Grade 3A price — SinoRX never adds a markup. We charge a separate, clearly disclosed coordination fee, plus a $200 consultation fee that is credited toward your treatment if you proceed.
03 · What happens if something goes wrong during treatment?
Under Chinese law, the treating hospital is responsible for your medical care. SinoRX stays beside you with 24/7 support — communicating with the medical team, explaining every decision, and raising any concern on your behalf.
04 · Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Your initial screening is free. The $200 consultation fee is credited toward treatment if you go ahead. Coordination-fee refund terms are set out in your service agreement before you book, and any hospital deposit follows that hospital’s own cancellation policy.
05 · What happens to my medical records after treatment?
You receive a complete set of your medical records in English (alongside the Chinese originals), formatted for continuity of care with your home doctor. SinoRX coordinates the translation and the remote follow-up with your surgeon.
