Practical proximity to hospital entrances, accessible routes and rooms, clear long-stay rates and flexible extension terms. Please describe lifts, step-free access, bathroom layouts and transport options accurately. An interpreter-friendly front desk should be willing to coordinate check-in and practical questions with an interpreter, without promising medical assistance.

How cooperation works

Sino RX may present suitable accommodation options to patients, who choose their own provider. Providers can receive inquiries from guests considering a medical trip, with practical requirements communicated by agreement. There is no guaranteed referral or booking volume. Rates, cancellations, accessibility and any commercial terms must be agreed in writing; accommodation does not replace clinical care.

Send a property introduction

Email your property or business name, city, address, website, business contact, distance to relevant hospital entrances, accessibility details and long-stay terms. Concierge providers can describe their service area and languages. Do not include patient records. We will discuss suitability and written terms before listing or referring guests.

Our role and payment

Sino RX coordinates practical arrangements; hospitals provide medical care. Guests choose accommodation and confirm its charges and cancellation terms with the provider. Patient consultation with Sino RX is free. Our coordination fee is quoted separately in writing; hospital fees are paid directly to the hospital.
