Refund policy
This policy applies to our coordination fees. Refunds depend on the work completed and the cancellation stage below.
- Before work starts: full refund.
- After records work begins, but before an appointment is confirmed: 70% refund.
- After an appointment is confirmed, if cancelled more than 7 days before travel: 50% refund.
- Within 7 days of travel: no refund, but one free reschedule.
- Visa denied: refund of all work not yet done.
- If the hospital deems the patient unsuitable: full refund or switch to a remote second opinion.
- Third-party costs, including hotels, flights and hospital charges, follow the provider’s own rules.
To request cancellation, a refund or rescheduling, email care@chinamedicaltour.com with your booking details. Confirm the travel date and service scope in your written quote.
