Flight connections to check

From Bangladesh, compare departures from Dhaka to Kunming or Guangzhou, including connecting itineraries. From Myanmar, check Yangon departures and any onward connection needed. From Vietnam, compare Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City departures to the chosen Chinese city. Direct services may be available on some dates; airlines, routes and schedules change. Check current airline information, transit requirements, baggage, assistance and change conditions before paying. This is a planning guide, not a live timetable.

Vietnam land border considerations

If considering a land journey from Vietnam, verify the exact crossing with the relevant border authorities: current passenger access, opening hours, documents accepted for your nationality and onward transport in China. Do not assume a border permit allows travel to Kunming or Guangzhou for treatment. Allow for transfers, queues and mobility needs; discuss the journey with your treating clinician. Border rules can change, so recheck close to departure.

Visa and entry documents

Ask the Chinese embassy serving your country about the correct visa for your medical purpose, supporting hospital documents, accompanying family members and permitted stay. Bangladesh applicants should check the embassy’s medical-treatment visa instructions and use authentic hospital documents. For Myanmar and Vietnam, confirm the current application process directly with the embassy. Visa issuance, admission at the border and extensions are decisions of the authorities; a hospital appointment does not guarantee entry.

Kunming or Guangzhou: plan around the hospital

For Kunming, we can help coordinate a Yunnan-based hospital enquiry, arrival transfer and accommodation near the confirmed campus. For Guangzhou, we can help coordinate a Guangdong-based hospital enquiry and plan transfers between the airport, accommodation and the confirmed department. Compare the hospital’s acceptance of your case, interpreter availability, travel burden and written estimates. A city choice does not establish treatment suitability or availability; we do not promise access to a particular department.

Interpreters and communication

Tell Anna Lin, your dedicated case manager, whether you need Bengali, Burmese, Vietnamese or another language. Before booking, confirm interpreter availability, medical-appointment coverage, hours and charges in writing. Interpreter support is arranged subject to availability. Hospital clinicians explain treatment and consent; a coordinator does not provide medical advice.

Payment and written scope

Consultation is free. Sino RX quotes a separate coordination fee in writing; see the fees page below. Pay hospital fees directly to the hospital through its verified payment channel. Ask about deposits, accepted cards or bank transfers, currency, refund terms and receipts. Confirm cross-border payment arrangements with your bank before travel, and budget separately for flights, lodging, interpretation and local transport.

Your next steps

Share your records, travel origin, preferred language and questions. We coordinate a hospital assessment request; the hospital confirms whether it can accept the case and issues its plan and estimate. Agree the coordination scope, check visa and border rules, then confirm travel and practical support. Before returning home, request discharge records and agree follow-up with the treating team and your local clinician.

Consultation is free. Sino RX is an independent facilitator. Our separate coordination fee is paid to Sino RX according to a written quote; hospital fees are paid directly to the hospital.

Frequently asked questions

Do you arrange guaranteed flights or visas?

No. Check current flights with the airline and visa requirements with the embassy. Airlines and authorities make their own decisions; do not treat an enquiry as a confirmed booking.

Can I choose the city before a hospital review?

You can state a preference. Final planning should follow hospital acceptance, written estimates and assessment of your travel needs.

Is there a Burmese version?

This guide is available in English, Bengali and Vietnamese. Myanmar readers can use the English guide and request Burmese interpreter support, subject to availability and a written quote.
